First day that I arrived, I saw two cockroaches running around the room, after informing the staff, they made sure that it was taken care of, my next 4 nights that I stayed there, I didn't see anything. The stove that was in my room was also malfunctioned, but the staff was quick and efficient in recovering the stove. Although it was a little bit upsetting at first, but I am happy the staff did their best to try and fix my complaints.

I appreciate that the room is clean and well-equipped with basic amenities. Everything you'd need, like a microwave, kettle, refrigerator, and utensils, is readily available, just like in a home. The bath products and shampoo have a pleasant scent. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is conveniently delivered to the room, and the mall is easily accessible. Parking is available, can park at the "resident only" sign. The flat rate for parking is RM 5. Overall, it was a wonderful staycation.

The smell was really nice towards to my room.

Family of 6 overnight stay in a studio and a 2 bed apartment. We liked the lovely modern decor, comfy pillows and beds, decent-sized apartments / rooms with kitchenette incl mods; kettle, toaster, cutleries and a washing machine (we didn’t use the kitchen or appliances except for kettle). Adjoining rooms were handy for large families. Nice rooftop pool and a small gym. Good wifi. Shopping mall next door offers a variety of shops and restaurants. Easy check in and check out. Late check out 2pm is a plus.

- One building with shopping mall complex. There are having TGV Cinema, varieties of food shop (but expensive price for food 😢, kind of fast food version eg Nando's and Old Town Coffee, Jaya Grocer mall etc. - Clean room. - Spacious room make it cozy and easy to perform solah. - Sofa and coffee table. - Complete kitchenette - kettle, oven, fridge, sinky, soap and sponge at sinky, plates, knife, spoons, forks, mug, scissors. - Iron and iron board. - Hair dryer. - Safety box - More switch plug - at left and right bed, at study / make up table and at the wall.
