Lovely surprise to have a rooftop pool, with cool water, a bit of a view and a nice breeze on a hot day. Great to have a room with a kitchenette facility to self cater when required. The room was kept clean and was well-equipped. The staff were always extremely helpful and polite and the hotel was perfectly located for the visits I needed to do for my work. The work space in the room was great when I had administration to do and it was a nice extra to have a sofa and coffee table, too, when relaxing.

Wifi no problem at all. Easy parking.. entrance convenience for us and lift privacy from other mall shopper. Room comfortable with plugs everywhere. Any call made fast response from receptionist as well as housekeeper. Lift average waiting time. We not yet explore hotel's pool, but we really enjoyed neighbour's pool that clearly facing us at 6th floor🤭.. Tq bro Ilham prioritised my requests during check in. Tq also to both malay lady in counter during my check in and collection of keyroom n luggage. Breakfast in room alacarte menu and limited but we don't mind as food not bad. We really satisfied with room chosen and services given. Got tv in living but technical problem, it was small matter so we concentrate with tv in bedroom.

Nice location, this is my second time staying here. Such convenient place as the DPulze mall just downstairs and few minutes drive to nearby local food. Love the place.

First day that I arrived, I saw two cockroaches running around the room, after informing the staff, they made sure that it was taken care of, my next 4 nights that I stayed there, I didn't see anything. The stove that was in my room was also malfunctioned, but the staff was quick and efficient in recovering the stove. Although it was a little bit upsetting at first, but I am happy the staff did their best to try and fix my complaints.

I like the convenience of just next door to DPulze Shopping Mall with quite a number of outlets such as Jaya Grocer, established name of coffee outlet such as Coffee Beans, DECATHLON, cinema some kids game arcade etc

I like the studio type room has more basic facilites such as sink, electrical stove, microwave, water heater etc. Its quite convenient. I also like that the parking is easy as its shared parking with the shopping mall and there's an access in between.

Good location cz inside the shopping mall. So it’s so convenient. Room was spacious for us, clean but the floor tiles inside the bathroom too slippery. Extra caution while walking. Water pressure was good. Staff very friendly.

I appreciate that the room is clean and well-equipped with basic amenities. Everything you'd need, like a microwave, kettle, refrigerator, and utensils, is readily available, just like in a home. The bath products and shampoo have a pleasant scent. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is conveniently delivered to the room, and the mall is easily accessible. Parking is available, can park at the "resident only" sign. The flat rate for parking is RM 5. Overall, it was a wonderful staycation.
